How do I troubleshoot problems over email with Digium's Technical Support staff? |

Before troubleshooting via email to Digium's technical support team, please read all the information on the knowledge base that may pertain to your issue. If you are still having issues, email technical support at support@digium.com with a complete description of your problem. Also please consider running the autosupport script and sending the output file. How to run autosupport: The autosupport script is a feature that takes a snapshot of your system. It is located at “/usr/src/asterisk/contrib/scripts/autosupport” You may have to set permissions before you run it, “chmod 755 autosupport” After you run autosupport, it will save an output file called “digiuminfo” in your home directory ~/digiuminfo This information is useful to Digium's technical support. |
