Your config files will look like this:
/etc/zaptel.conf
fxsks=1
defaultzone=us
loadzone=us

/etc/asterisk/zapata.conf
[channels]
signalling=fxs_ks
callerid=asreceived
context=incoming
channel => 1

/etc/asterisk/sip.conf
[general]
port = 5060 ; Port to bind to
bindaddr = 0.0.0.0 ; Address to bind to
context = default ; Default for incoming calls

[msn]
type=friend
host=dynamic
dtmfmode=inband ; Choices are inband, rfc2833, or info
context=sip

/etc/asterisk/extensions.conf
[incoming]
exten => s,1,Dial,SIP/msn

[sip]
exten => _X.,1,Dial,Zap/1/$


Now when you configure the MSN you don't have to set up a password since asterisk will be configured to authorize by the username.
