In this example, our PBX is located at 192.168.8.16.  Your system is probably something different.  You'll want to start off by gaining access to either the Switchvox Admin (/admin) page, or a user's tools (/main) page.  When the alert page shows up, go ahead and click continue to proceed.



You should now be at a page on the system with IE7 indicating a certificate error.  Click on the box that states "Certificate Error".



You will receive an Untrusted Certificate popup.  Go ahead and click View Certificates.



The next window will show the details of the certificate.  Click Install Certificate... to start the wizard.



Once the wizard is launched, click Next to proceed.



On the next screen, select the option to "Automatically select..." and click Next.



On the next screen, click Finish to complete the wizard.



You will be asked one last time to authorize the installation of the certificate.  Click Yes to finalize the process.



After that step is complete, the certificate should be imported successfully.  Click ok or close any previously opened windows.  Lastly, you will need to restart your browser.  Close all instances of IE7, and then restart it.  The certificate from the Switchvox should now be trusted, and the error should not show up anymore.
