The interface on the card is a 50-pin "amphenol", "centronics 50" connector, or RJ-21 connector. Pins 1-24 are "tip" for channels 1-24, pins 26-49 are "ring" for channels 1-24. Pins 25 and 50 are unused.   Commercially made cables are available from http://netxusa.com, http://voipsupply.com, and others.
