How do I install the TDM2400P/TDM400P?

To install the TDM2400P or TDM400P:
  1. Ensure that your system has both an unused PCI slot, and an unused 4 pin molex power connector (standard harddrive power connector).
  2. Power down the system.
  3. Unplug the system from all power sources.
  4. Put on a ground strap and attach it to a proper ground, or if you do not have one, touch the computer's chassis to remove static buildup.
  5. Remove the PCI blank cover from the desired slot.
  6. Remove the card from its packaging.
  7. Plug the power connector into the card.
  8. Plug the card into the PCI slot.
  9. Make sure to secure the card in the PCI slot with a screw at the top of the mounting bracket.
  10. Secure the computer's case and make sure that nothing is loose.
  11. Installation is now complete!
