How do I setup caller ID?
For setting up callerid, make sure that 'usecallerid=yes', and 'callerid=asreceived'.  You may have to adjust the callerid signaling method.  The 'cidsignalling' can be set to 'bell' (used in the US), 'v23' (used in the UK), and 'dtmf'(used in Denmark, Sweden, and the Netherlands).  If you're still having issues getting callerid to work, you may have to set the callerid initialization method.  This can be done by setting 'cidstart=ring' or 'cidstart=polarity'.  All of these settings should be placed in zapata.conf before the channel assignment it should apply to.
