How do I configure multiple Dual/Quad span cards in same machine?

Ident Dial

When placing multiple Dual/Quad span cards in a machine the red dial labeled "Ident" can be used to make the driver load the cards in a specific order. The switch is located below the T1/E1 select jumpers towards the center of the board. Each card should be given a different number, starting from zero. The range is “0-9, A-F” An example of two cards would be:

First card: Ident set to 0
Second card: Ident set to 1

Setting all cards to zero should cause the driver to automatically number the cards. The dial should only be used if a specific order is needed.
